We want to make sure we are aligned so we can exceed your expectations.
We understand that we’re not the right property management company for everyone.
Each day, we receive numerous inquiries about our property management services, but in some cases, we aren’t the best fit.
If you haven’t already, please review the types of homes we manage, as this is often the primary reason we may not be a match. Even if your property meets our criteria, we realize we still may not be the right fit for you.
Ultimately, there’s no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to property management.
Golden Sky Management will NOT be the right fit for you if:
- You aren’t prepared to treat your rental property like a small business – Becoming a landlord means operating a business, where you’ll receive income from rent but also face expenses, sometimes even exceeding income. That’s the reality of rental ownership.
- You don’t see tenants as customers – Tenants are your customers and should be treated with respect, not just as a cost. If you want high-quality, reliable tenants, you need to offer a high-quality, well-maintained home.
- You want to micromanage your property manager – We value your input, and we’re here to understand your pain points and investment goals. However, you hired us for our expertise. Trust us to manage your property effectively, and together we’ll achieve better results. Property Management takes us into the field to visit properties (including yours!) each day which may cause the occasional delay in response.
- You’re only focused on fees – We aren’t the cheapest option out there, and there are plenty of property management companies with lower fees. But if you believe that hiring a highly skilled and experienced team will make your investment more profitable in the long run, we could be a great fit for you. Just like many other aspects of life: You get what you pay for.
